SKSF’s 12th Annual Bowl-A-Thon event benefits adults with developmental disabilities

August 24, 2021, Colorado Springs, CO: Special Kids Special Families 12th Annual Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser will be held on Saturday, September 11th from 2:30-5pm at King Pin Lanes at 3410 N Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs.  Because it’s Patriot’s Day, SKSF encourages everyone to wear their red, white and blue colors proudly!  The Colorado Springs community, SKSF staff, and local businesses look forward to this fun event every year.  All proceeds will help support SKSF programs for adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Contest and drawing prizes will be awarded throughout the event with fun themed giveaways for every participant.  Online registration is required and lanes are limited so sign up your 3-5 person team today!  All ages and abilities welcome – $30/person or $15/child age 15 & under. 

Special Kids Special Families promotes, strengthens and supports individuals with disabilities, their families and caregivers.  These beneficial programs teach individuals life skills in the community and in our centers.  Youth and adults with disabilities learn socialization skills and expand their levels of independence through fun educational activities.   Please help support a great cause and have fun while doing it!  For event information & to register your team, visit www.SKSFcolorado.org.
