SKSF is looking for host home families to support adults with disabilities in a caring home environment.
A successful Host Home Provider is caring, patient, has strong communication skills and is willing to advocate for, and to help and encourage the client to meet their life goals.
HOW DO I BECOME A HOST HOME PROVIDER?
HHP’s are self- employed contractors and SKSF will contract with you as a business entity and your business is required to carry insurance.
The contracting process includes an application, background check, a criminal background check, a home HUD inspection, and completion of required trainings.
SKSF will work closely with you to provide a good client match and you will be assigned a staff to assist you through the process and with the Healthcare Policy and Finance Regulations.
