Hey everyone, I have some sad news to share. After 10 years of collecting every item under the sun for foster kids I am no longer going to be accepting donations. The wonderful people at the Church of Christ in Monument have committed to donating toys for the kids at Christmas time so that will be the end for me. I have requested school supplies for Hope and Home and Rocky Mountain Kids, I will also accept and pass on those donations as well as those from the people I have talked to prior to today. I started Cases of Love 10 years ago, my goal was to put an end to foster kids carrying their belongings in trash bags. Thanks to the incredible people in this community we have collected around 10,000 bags for foster kids. You have also donated everything kids 0-18 could need as well as gifts for the holidays, and for this I will be forever grateful. I never could have imagined collecting everything I have over the past 10 years. It will be interesting to see what my garage looks like again. You have all made Cases of Love a success story. I appreciate each and every one of you and wish you all the very best in life. I will keep the page open and refer you to agencies if I know who is in need should you have items you wish to donate to foster kids. ***If you have already purchased school supplies for the kids but didn’t make an appointment I will still accept those donations. The kids/homes are in need of them.***
