Qmap Certification and Training in Colorado Springs

Special Kids Special Families is a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Approved Training Entity and offers Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) courses monthly for Support Staff and Host Home Providers caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Fridays, start 8:30am; please bring your own lunch. All classes include Universal/Standard Precautions. End time depends on class size (usually 3:00pm). Classes limited to 10 persons. We follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines. Print detailed information here.

COURSE FEES
$65 (includes state registration fee). Certificate of completion will be provided by instructor. Please note: credit card/platform fees will be added to course fee and paid by the class attendee.

COURSE MATERIALS
Course materials need to be downloaded/printed and review sections completed BEFORE attending class. Bring your course materials with you to class. Once registered and PAID, course study materials will be sent via email. We cannot print the manual for you at our location.

REGISTRATION

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your class after you have registered, please contact Kathleen at kwinder@sksfcolorado.org. Please be reminded that cancellations, if necessary, will be accepted up to one week prior to the class date with a full refund. No partial or full refunds will be granted later than one week prior to class. We do not issue refunds for no shows. (Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case by case basis with approval from the Executive Director). If SKSF cancels a training course, full refunds will be given or an alternate date will be scheduled with priority given to previously enrolled persons.
