NIGHT OF COMEDY
Special Kids Special Families is once again preparing for our signature fundraising event – Night of Comedy! Come help us celebrate SKSF’s 25th anniversary year and join us for a special evening of fun entertainment as we come together to support SKSF programs for children and adults with disabilities and their families.
Show the world, you should’ve been a cowboy at this year’s SKSF Night of Comedy! Fancy yourself, and step back into the boot-scootin’ era of 90’s country at our Night of Comedy-celebrating 25 years of serving our community. You and your friends in low places will laugh your achy-breaky heart out as we gather in support for our great mission of supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. So join us and get ready to tip your hat, and tickle your funny bone at our Silver Buckles and Endless Chuckles event!

Admission includes complimentary drink ticket, dinner buffet (BBQ pulled pork & brisket) western style food, fun photo booths, live DJ music with 90’s country western dancing on Boot Barn Hall’s huge dance floor, silent auction & one hour comedy show by world famous comedian – K-Von!
The event includes a hilarious comedy act by Comedian, Kevan “K-Von” Moezzi. K-Von is an internationally touring standup comedian, actor, and host best known for his work on MTV’s “Disaster Date” and NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” to name a few. He has appeared in movies, television shows, and on the talk show circuit and has built a popular channel on YouTube as well. Abbie Burke is an anchor for FOX21 Morning News from 5-9am Monday through Friday. Her reporting and producing have earned her awards from the Colorado Associated Press Broadcasters Association and the Colorado Broadcasters Association. Abbie is a proud graduate of Penn State University and in her spare time, Abbie also enjoys spending time with her rescue pup, Milo, fostering kittens for the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, exploring beautiful Colorado, or attempting some type of craft project. https://www.fox21news.com/abbie-burke/
This is Abbie’s 4th time volunteering to host as Emcee for SKSF’s Night of Comedy event and we are so glad that she is with us again this year!
Silent Auction: This is your chance to bid on unique items, including vacation packages, hotel stays, spa treatments, and so much more thanks to the generosity of hundreds of donations from local businesses and supporters. 100% of all proceeds from the auction will go directly to support our programs; Music & Dancing: We’ll have DJ Shields playing 90’s country music and with a large dance floor, you can put your boot scootin’ moves in action; Photo Booth: Take your best shot and flaunt your style with family & friends at our themed 360 photo booth for a treasured memory provided by Everyday Girl Adventures (Jean Walton – thank you!)
